Installing Active Ads app

Get started with Konga Ads

Step 1: Login to your Seller HQ Account

Step 2: Go to Konga Extras from the Dashboard menu

You will see an app named Active Ads under the All Apps tab.

Step 3: Activate Active Ads app

Click on 'Activate' button on Active Ads card to activate the app.

Step 4: Allow access to the app

Active Ads app ask for the following permissions:

• Access to SHQ wallet details

• Permission to credit your SHQ wallet

• Permission to debit your SHQ wallet

Click on 'Allow Access' button to give app all the above permissions.

Step 5: Once the App is activated, click on the Open button to proceed with the selection of a subscription plan.

Step: 6 You’ll see a range of options for the subscription plan. Choose a plan that suits the advertising requirements for your store. Click on the Select/Choose button to complete choosing a plan.

Step: 7 After you have selected a Subscription Plan, go ahead and select the validity of the plan, i.e. the time period for which you want to continue with the plan. You can see the monthly rate and total rate for your selection.

Step: 8 Click on the Proceed button to freeze the validity selection for the plan you have selected.

Step: 10 Go ahead with choosing a payment option. Currently, KongaPay is the available option. Stay tuned as we add more options for you to make payments.
