The campaign area helps you to perform the following functions for your campaigns:

Activate/Pause a campaign

To activate/pause a campaign, click on the icon at the left of the campaign card.

Preview Ads

Click on the Ad Preview button to view ad previews. The ads can be viewed under the categories of Search Ads, Product Ads, Facebook Ads.

Kindly note that you may see the same set of ads in the ad preview. Ads shown in the preview are shown to give you an idea of look and feel of the actual ads for respective ad channels.

Edit Ad Budget

To edit the budget of a campaign, click on the 'Edit Budget button. 'Decide Your Budget' screen will appear where you will see the following two options:

  1. Konga Wallet Balance - Shows your outstanding Konga Wallet Balance

  2. Daily Budget - Lets you enter/edit your daily budget

Click on the 'Save' button to save the budget changes.

Product Exclusion

Click on the Product Exclusion button to proceed with excluding the products you don't want to advertise.

By default, the Product Exclusion is set to AI mode. Smart algorithms learn about your products and advertise the products that are more likely to grab attention. AI Product Exclusion mode leads to ad performance optimization.

However, you can choose products manually by switching to Manual mode. You can do this by excluding the products you don't wish to advertise.

Kindly note that switching to Manual Mode may not result in optimum ad performance. Keep Product Exclusion to AI mode for best results.

To manually exclude the products you don't want to advertise,

  1. Switch to Manual Mode from the toggle button at the top right.

2. Click on Edit Product Exclusion.

3. You can use the four filters: Product Category, Gender, Product Brand, Price & Sale Price to sort the products.

4. Select the products that you want to exclude. Click on Exclude Selected Products to save the changes.

We recommend using the AI mode for Product Exclusion. However, if you’re going ahead with manual Product Exclusion, make sure you exclude only a few products to advertise, i.e. make sure you have a large number of products to advertise.
